SHIPPING POLICY

When can I expect my order to ship?

We expect orders to process within 1-2 days given current policies and procedures to protect the health and safety of our fulfillment team. Once each package is out the door, you’ll automatically receive tracking information so you can keep an eye out for it. Once in transit, packages can take anywhere between 1-7 business days, depending on the shipping option you have selected.

What if I need to change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.

Do you ship florals and plants?

We do not offer shipping for florals and plants due to the nature of the delicate arrangements.

We only offer local delivery, curb-side or in-store pick up.

When will my order arrive?

Currently you have the option of choosing your shipping option upon checkout.

Can I get same day shipping?

Unfortunately, this is not something we can feasibly offer at this time. We offer same day local delivery within the GTA and surrounding areas. Please refer to our Delivery Policy section for more information.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada, as well as internationally.

Can i ship to multiple addresses?

Each order may only ship to a single address. Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be purchased separately.

What are my shipping costs?

You can view your shipping options and rates during the ordering process. We are currently exploring additional shipping options, with a specific focus on the regional marketplace. Please check back in the near future for further shipping options. Once your order leaves our shop, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that indicates your order is on its way.

RETURN POLICY
